John Glynatsis is the director of Glycon Developments and has been working in the construction industry since 2000. Upon completing his carpentry apprenticeship in 2005, John went on to successfully complete his Certificate IV in Construction and Building leading him to obtain his builders license in 2012.

Over the last 19 years, John has worked in many cities and remote locations around Australia including Brisbane, Darwin, Townsville, Elcho Island and many rural communities in the Northern Territory.

Prior to Glycon Developments, John’s experience with other construction businesses had him delivering works such as:

​

• Project-managing jobs ranging from commercial buildings, private schools, home renovation, extensions and office fit outs. 

• Site setout, form working and concreting

• Wall framing, steel posts, beams, purlins and trusses 

• Wall/roof cladding, soffit linings and internal wall and ceiling linings

• Hanging doors, skirting, architraves and moldings

• Stairs, hand rails and decking

• Installation of aluminum windows and door frames

John is passionate about his work and achieving excellence for his customers. Unlike a typical director, John is generally found on the jobsite and on the tools, ensuring all jobs get done to the highest standard!
